Turn leadership theory into a game your team actually feels. Leadership Legends is a printable, self-run card game built on the four situational-leadership styles — Directing, Coaching, Supporting, and Delegating — where players learn to match their style to what the person in front of them actually needs, not how senior they are.

Each round, one player (the Judge) reads a real workplace situation aloud; everyone else calls the style they'd use on the count of three; the Judge scores it straight off the card — exact fit +10, one style off +5, two off −5, opposite −10. Fast, competitive, and every answer sparks a conversation.
